What you’ll receive as my client:

Once you’re a client of mine, you can communicate with me as often as needed! Whether you have questions, need wardrobe advice, wanna share ideas you come up with, etc.
I will send you my client guide(s) based on what services you book me for. Here’s what you can expect in each guide:
Portrait Session Guide: Advice on what to wear and picking the type of session and location
Elopement Guide: Tips on planning, selecting a locations, building your timeline, etc.
Wedding Guide: Venue selection, detailed breakdown of each part of the day (timing, advice, etc.), and lots of tips.
I will deliver your photos through an email. In it, will be a link that will take you directly to your full gallery. You will create a password for it on your first visit, so that it can remain secure and for your eyes only. You can share the full gallery to those that you choose - like your friends or parents!
You can “heart” your favorite photos and even order prints and gifts directly from your gallery.
I do not set any limits for how many photos I deliver, and it’s typically a lot! I deliver every photo that I feel is art worthy. You can easily download the entire gallery, and those photos are yours to keep. I HIGHLY recommend downloading them asap and storing them in at least two separate locations.
You will have full printing rights to your images so that you can create gifts, prints and wall decor with your beautiful photos! There is a shop linked directly to your gallery for quick and easy high quality printing.

The Experience:

Fill out my contact form with as much info as you can. I’ll get back to you within 2 business days to answer any initial questions you may have and send over my Investment Guide. We can continue to communicate through email, text, or we can hop on a Zoom/FaceTime call.

01. Inquire

Once you’ve decided on a set date and type of booking, I’ll send over my contract. Once we’ve both signed the contract and the non-refundable retainer is paid, your booking is confirmed and will officially be blocked off on my calendar!

02. Booking + Retainer

Please feel free to communicate with me as often as needed up until your wedding or session. I’m happy to give recommendations and help finding locations. I can be as hands on as needed based off how much help you’d like bringing your vision to life.

03. Planning

For weddings, I take a documentary-style approach, focusing on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds rather than staging moments. For couples sessions, I prioritize creating an authentic experience by using prompts instead of traditional poses. These prompts encourage movement and genuine interaction, allowing me to document your unique connection effortlessly.

04. Wedding or Session Day

Once your photos are finished, I’ll send you an email with a link to your online viewing gallery. You’ll be prompted to create a password to enter your gallery so that it can remain private. From here you can download all of your photos and share them friends and family if you’d like.

I am all about embracing a little bit of rain, wind or cooler days! However, if the weather is so bad that my gear could be damaged or we’d have a terrible time, we can adjust your timeline, move to a different location, or reschedule for a later date - dependent upon my availability.
I require a $400 non-refundable retainer for weddings and $100 non-refundable retainer for sessions - due at the time of booking to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding day, or 1 week prior to your portrait session. All payments will be made electronically through my booking system.
Choosing which photos I edit in black and white is an artistic decision based off several factors. Trust me, not every photo looks good in black and white! Some photos I will choose to deliver in only b+w, and some photos I will deliver a copy of both color and b+w. Don’t worry, I’ll give you good a mix of both in your gallery!
For all bookings you'll receive a handful of sneak peeks within 1 week. Portrait Session galleries will be delivered within 6 weeks or less. Intimate Weddings and Elopement Galleries will be delivered within 8 weeks or less. Often times I am able to deliver these quicker than my contracted timeline! However, this timeframe ensures I have plenty of time to give each individual image all the attention to detail that they deserve - even during my busiest season.
I will remove temporary skin imperfections such as bruises, blemishes, scratches, etc. and will also do some light skin smoothing when necessary. However, I will not alter the way that you look beyond that.
No. Editing is a huge step in this process and I will only deliver to you the final, edited images. I do not set any photo limits so I promise I will deliver plenty of amazing images!
I do not replace a wedding/elopement planner, but I am happy to make suggestions, provide reassurance, help location scout, and answer any questions along the way! I’ll also send you a planning guide full of tips and tricks to help with the planning process for your wedding or session.

Your photos will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery that I will email to you. This gallery will allow you to easily view and download all of your high-resolution images. You’ll also have full printing rights, so you’re free to print your photos wherever you’d like.
This depends on several different factors such as, how many hours you’ve booked me for, how many guests you have, weather, etc. I don’t set a minimum or maximum amount of photos in my contract because I want to create you a gallery that is full of the best images. This means I don’t set any limit on how many photos you’ll receive.
To give an idea, on average, I deliver 50-150 images for Portrait Sessions, 200-500 images for shorter Elopements, and 600-1000 for full day Weddings.
I only accept bookings up to 8 months in advance to ensure I can keep my schedule as flexible as possible. If your wedding date is further out than that, I’d be happy to add you to my waitlist, and we can reconnect when we’re about 8 months away from your big day to finalize everything!

This would only happen if it were something completely out of my control (act of god, injury/illness, death, etc.). I would do my best to find a replacement photographer, although I am legally not held to do so. If I am unable to find a replacement or photographer your wedding, I will refund your money.
In order to reschedule your date, a new non-refundable deposit will need to paid for the new date. Exceptions to this will be made if we agree to reschedule due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance.
