Vintage Car Bridals in Madison, Wisconsin
These bridal photos weren’t taken on a wedding day. Instead, they were part of what’s called a styled shoot—a collaborative effort where photographers come together to create, experiment, and build their portfolios. For photographers, it’s a chance to try new ideas and push boundaries. For couples, it can be a fun way to step back into their wedding day look and enjoy the moment without the pressures of a real event.
The couple in these images is already married, but they agreed to put on their wedding attire again for us to capture something fresh. Styled shoots like this provide the space to focus on creativity and refine our craft without the typical pace of a wedding day. It’s also a great opportunity to meet and network with other photographers in the area!
This shoot was all about exploring new ways to tell a story through photos, and I’m so glad I could be part of it. What do you think of the idea? Would you ever consider a styled session?
