Intimate weddings are a great way to still celebrate with your friends and family, but on a much smaller scale compared to more traditional weddings. This allows you more options when selecting a venue, and can make your day more affordable. Starting with 6 hours of coverage.

You can download your images directly from your gallery and then they’re yours to keep! Don’t forget to back them up - I’ll send recommendations for how you can properly backup your images so you can ensure they are preserved forever.
+Printing Rights
You’ll receive full printing rights so you can print your images wherever you’d like. But stay tuned - I’ll be offering album + print services very soon!
Your Intimate Wedding Photography Experience:
Fill out my contact form with as much info as you can. I’ll get back to you within 2 business days to answer any initial questions you may have and send over my Investment Guide. We can continue to communicate through email, text, or we can hop on a Zoom/FaceTime call.
Step 1: Inquire
Once you’ve decided on a set date and general location, I’ll send over my intimate wedding proposal. You’ll select the wedding package you want and any add-ons you’d like, sign the contract, and pay the $400 non-refundable retainer. Then you’ll be officially booked and your date will be blocked off on my calendar!
Step 2: Booking + Retainer
Please feel free to communicate with me as often as needed up until your wedding! I don’t replace a planner by any means, but I’m happy to give advice, recommendations, and ensure you feel supported!
Step 3: Planning
I like to take a documentary-style approach for weddings, focusing on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds, rather than staging moments. Don’t worry though, I’ll give plenty of direction for your portraits and gently step in to provide guidance during other aspects of the day when needed.
Step 4: Wedding Day!
Within 1 week I’ll send you over a handful of images so you can start reliving your day as soon as possible!
Step 5: Sneak Peeks
Within 10 weeks I’ll send you an email with a link to your private, online viewing gallery. From here you can download all of your photos and share them friends and family if you’d like.

I am all about embracing a little bit of rain, wind or cooler days! However, if the weather is so bad that my gear could be damaged or we’d have a terrible time, we can adjust your timeline, move to a different location, or reschedule for a later date - dependent upon my availability.

I require a $400 non-refundable retainer for weddings - due at the time of booking to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding day. All payments will be made electronically through my booking system.

Choosing which photos I edit in black and white is an artistic decision based off several factors. Trust me, not every photo looks good in black and white! Some photos I will choose to deliver in only b+w, and some photos I will deliver a copy of both color and b+w. Don’t worry, I’ll give you good a mix of both in your gallery!

You’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks within 1 week and your final gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks or less. This timeframe ensures I have plenty of time to give each individual image all the attention to detail that they deserve - even during my busiest season.

I will remove temporary skin imperfections such as bruises, blemishes, scratches, etc. and will also do some light skin smoothing when necessary. However, I will not alter the way that you look beyond that.

No. Editing is a huge step in this process and I will only deliver to you the final, edited images. I do not set any photo limits so I promise I will deliver plenty of amazing images!

I do not replace a wedding planner by any means - so I can’t pick your color scheme, recommend vendors, book things for you etc. But I’m still here to ensure you are supported through this process! I’ll send you my Intimate Wedding Planning Guide and I’m happy to make suggestions, provide reassurance, and answer any questions along the way!

Your photos will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery that I will email to you. This gallery will allow you to easily view and download all of your high-resolution images. You’ll also have full printing rights, so you’re free to print your photos wherever you’d like.

This depends on several different factors such as, how many hours you’ve booked me for, how many guests you have, weather, etc. To give you an idea, on average, I deliver 400-700 images for shorter weddings, and 700-1,200 for my two-day package.

I only accept bookings up to 8 months in advance to ensure I can keep my schedule as flexible as possible. If your wedding date is further out than that, I’d be happy to add you to my waitlist, and we can reconnect when we’re about 8 months away from your big day to finalize everything!

This would only happen if it were something completely out of my control (act of god, injury/illness, death, etc.). I would do my best to find a replacement photographer, although I am legally not held to do so. If I am unable to find a replacement or photographer your wedding, I will refund your money.

In order to reschedule your date, a new non-refundable deposit will need to paid for the new date. Exceptions to this will be made if we agree to reschedule due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance.
